[Approval by Email]

With the latest Approval by Email option, administrators can configure an Approval Task type to allow recipients to complete their task by simply selecting the choices in their email notifications.  For users on the go, they can now respond to approval tasks using their mobile devices without having to log into the Integrify Portal.

[Launch Request]

Integrify has released the following features in v 5.0 as well as a new Grid Task plugin. We should also have an Approval by Email option available within the next few weeks that allows users to respond to approval tasks on their mobile devices without needing to navigate to the Integrify portal.   Please review and contact us if you have any questions. 

• Launch Request - The Launch Request task type allows for parent requests to launch related requests with unique request ID's and their own process definitions, either pre-defined in a parent process or ad-hoc.  Please review here
• User Self Registration - Allows administrators to configure the login page to include a user self-registration process into Integrify.  This will automatically create a new user profile in the system.  You can define the process as you wish with approval steps, etc. Please review here
• Find and Replace - option where you can look up any user in the system and globally replace with another user. Please review here
• Reports with Graphs - Now reports can be defined with an option for building charts (column, line, pie). There will be a tab for Chart Options when the option for building charts is 'yes'.  You can then define which columns of data will be used as the Datapoint and Series.
• Task Scheduler - The Task Scheduler task type allows users to schedule tasks within a process.  Users will have the ability to pick the date from a calendar, the hour of the day and the time zone that the task will start. Please review here
• Grid Task - New plugin available for purchase that enables bi-directional capability to display, enter and update multiple database table records via a spreadsheet-like interface.  If interested, please schedule a demo of this powerful plugin task type.
